2. Take care of your own health. Eat healthy meals...Get plenty of rest... Get some exercise.
3. Schedule some time off. Go out in nature and take time to "exist in quiet". Take some time to have an honest conversation with God.
4. Find someone to talk with honestly
5. Build some margin into your life
6. Take a nice long vacation
